How do I... Make An Appointment?

To make an appointment, please telephone 0161 881 6223 or call in at the surgery. An appointment is for one person only. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform the surgery as soon as possible to allow us to allocate the appointment to another patient. Emergencies can always be seen on the same day.

How do I... Obtain Telephone Advice?

If you wish to speak to a doctor or nurse by telephone, the most convenient time to call is between 11.30am - 12.30pm.

How do I... Obtain A Home Visit?

If you are too ill to attend the surgery, or housebound, please help us by telephoning to request home visits before 10.00am. The receptionist will ask you about your illness in order to help the doctor assess the urgency of the visit. Please remember that several patients can be seen at the surgery in the time that it takes to do a home visit.

How do I... Obtain Test Results?

Please ring between 1.00 - 3.00pm for test results. Although some results can be given over the telephone, you may be asked to make an appointment with a doctor.
